March 2025 – New Details

This month we are excited to share another set of details that have been requested regularly by our members, which uses SureCav wall spacers system.

This set consists of SureCav stone facing partial fill masonry cavity wall details and SureCav stone facing timber frame wall details. In this set we explore a 100mm cavity with 75mm phenolic board insulation to the cavity using the SureCav spacer system. For the timber frame we show a 50mm SureCav cavity spacer behind stone outer finish. Other configurations could be used but this is a great starting point.
