The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Archiwork Ltd. The term “Site” refers to detail-library.firstinarchitecture.co.uk. The terms “user”, “you” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, members and any other users of the site.

 

Detail Library is membership site for the download of construction detail drawings, with the option for non members to purchase individual files.

 

 

Use of detail-libary.firstinarchitecture.co.uk, including all materials presented and all online services provided by Archiwork Ltd, is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all site visitors, customers, and all other users of the site.

 

 

By using this site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.

 

Archiwork Ltd reserves the right to substitute services equal to or comparable to the services listed in the need arises, without prior notice.

 

 

 

We offer no assurance or guarantee of Building Regulations approval or compliance through the use of these drawings. These details should not be considered as industry standard, and professional advice must be sought when preparing construction drawings.

 

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, we make no guarantee in respect to errors or omissions.

 

The details must be regarded as a starting point for developing your own detail relevant to your specific project and needs.

 

We assume no legal liability or responsibility for loss or damage resulting from the use of information contained on our website.

 

We reserve the right to update or change information on the site at any time without prior notice.

 

Architectural drawings should be prepared by a qualified and experienced person, who holds the appropriate insurances.

 

 

 

Payment is for one year subscription and will be automatically renewed to avoid disruption to your membership access. You will be informed prior to your renewal date by email. It is your responsibility to make sure we hold your current email address and that it is checked regularly. We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning product delivery and ongoing payments. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

 

 

 

Lite membership includes all of the 2d details, as dwg files. These files were created in AutoCAD, and have been saved in AutoCAD version 2010.

 

 

 

 

Pro membership includes all of the 2d details, as dwg files. These files were created in AutoCAD, and have been saved in AutoCAD version 2010.

 

Pro membership also includes all of the files in Revit. Most core files are in Revit 2019, but any new details published from Jan 2023 onwards, are in Revit version 2020. We recommend you have Revit version 2020 or newer to view and edit the files.

 

 

In addition to this, the 2d details are provided as PDF and JPG files.

 

 

The 3d details are provided as SketchUp (skp) files. These have been saved in version 2015. If you have version 2015 or newer, you will be able to open the files.

 

 

 

 

There are some cases where the detail is not available in 3d format. We will endeavour to keep this to a minimum.

 

 

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you supply to Detail Library. You retain copyright and any other rights you may rightfully hold in any content that you submit through the Site or Service. Content you submit to Detail Library remains yours to the extent that you have any legal claims therein. You agree to hold Detail Library (and Archiwork Ltd) harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of any potential or actual copyright or trademark misappropriation or infringement claimed against you. By posting material on the Site, you grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, irrevocable license to use the material for promotional, business development, and marketing purposes.

 

Prices advertised are excluding VAT. VAT will be added at checkout dependent on customer location.

 

Prices are subject to change. Members will be notified of any price increases in advance, and will be given the opportunity to cancel their subscription prior to the price change if desired.

 

The Services are offered subject to our acceptance of your order or requests. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so. No order is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site or Service, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.

 

 

We reserve the right to remove the accounts held by any individuals representing companies that offer a similar or directly competing Service.

 

Educational Institutions

The library is not currently open to use by educational institutions. Memberships must not be purchased for the use of multiple users, or as a library access. Please contact us to discuss membership options for educational institutions at hello@detail-library.co.uk.

 

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee should you be unhappy with the service in your first 14 days of membership.

 

 

You will be eligible for a refund if you have downloaded no more than 5 details, and have a valid reason for requesting the refund. To request a refund contact support at hello@detail-library.co.uk.

 

Detail packs are counted by the number of details within a pack, therefore, if a detail pack is downloaded you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Details purchased individually without a membership are not eligible for returns or refunds.

 

 

Membership is automatically renewed on an annual basis. You can cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel before your renewal date, no refunds will be made for any membership fees already paid, but you will retain access to the site until the end of your annual payment term.

 

 

For registered users, if you cancel your subscription, we will retain your registration information should you wish to re-register for our service and access your account information. On request, we can delete your account information and only retain minimal details for legal reasons, including payment transactions for tax purposes.

 

 

 

We may at any time amend these Terms and Conditions. Such amendments are effective immediately upon notice to you by us posting the new Terms and Conditions on this Site. Any use of the Site or Service by you after being notified means you accept these amendments. We reserve the right to update any portion of our Site and Service, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time. We will post the most recent versions to the Site and list the effective dates on the pages of our Terms and Conditions.
